Volunteering:
- Volunteers are always needed to help our members:
- Driving them to appointments, to go shopping, to visit friends, to join in social activities.
- To do simple home fix-ups - change light bulbs, fix computers, clear leaves.
- If you desire to help out, you can fill out the Volunteer form and be sure to sign the Confidentiality agreement on the second page. VERY IMPORTANT PRINT INFO! To print this PDF, you must use the PDF print function designated by the image of a printer in either the upper left corner of the display or on the overlay. The regular browser print function will not work!
- For those driving or expecting to go into members' homes, it is necessary to fill in and sign the bottom portion of the first page for verification purposes.
