THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS The Board of Wilton Commons will maintain control of all aspects of the construction and operation of Wilton Commons. WCI's Board of directors is made up of a group of Wilton area residents who first saw the need for more affordable housing alternatives in Wilton. WCI worked closely with the Town of Wilton to secure the site and later chose MHA to be their development partner to take on the day-to-day responsibilities of the development process. Founded in 1990 MHA is a diversified 501(c)(3) nonprofit housing development corporation serving Fairfield County Connecticut. MHA develops and manages a continuum of affordable housing opportunities, including homeownership, supportive housing and housing for seniors. Members of the Board are:
