WHAT ARE THE COSTS?

It is anticipated that monthly rental rates could start as low as $500 based on income, with many units renting in the vicinity of $1,000 per month, including heat and hot water, one meal a day and basic housekeeping services. Residents will pay their own electric, phone and cable bills. In addition, residents pay a security deposit of one month's rent.

For this, each resident will receive:
  • An Attractive One- or Two- Bedroom Apartment
  • One Meal Each Day
  • Light Housekeeping
  • 24-Hour On-Site Staff
  • Tastefully Landscaped Grounds and Walkways
  • Daily Social Events and Activities
  • Handicapped-Accessibility in both their Apartment and in the Public Areas
