IDEAL LOCATION AND DESIGN Located just north of the Wilton railroad station and new Trackside Teen Center on Old Danbury Road, Wilton Commons will be built on a 4.8 acre parcel of wooded land known as the Dana Property. (Click on the sketch for a larger view) The central location will provide convenient access to Wilton Center and Merwin Meadows Park. Architect Paul Bailey was selected to design Wilton Commons after an extensive interviewing process. He has brought excitement to the project, incorporating walking trails and design features that reflect the unique character of Wilton and the beautiful site. The current design anticipates 74 units.
